Terms & Conditions
Prices are a guideline. Generally each set is made to order, to your requirements and small price variations may occur.
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary. Quoted prices are agreed and fixed at time of order, unless changes are made to the specification, in which case a revised price is agreed.
Waiting time for instruments varies according to workload .
Customers will be contacted when sets are ready to finalise payment and delivery options.
A deposit of 10% is normally payable upon confirmation of order. The price at time of ordering is the price payable on completion before delivery.
Payment
Payment should be made in British pounds either by personal cheque or bankers draft drawn on a British bank or by direct to bank transfer,
Cheques/drafts should be made payable to DEERNESS PIPES.
We do not currently have the facility to process credit or debit card payments ourselves but card payments can be made using PayPal. UK debit card holders may also use Nochex.

Postage & Package
Where pipes are not collected from the maker, carriage will be charged at cost.
We use insured Royal Mail/Parcelforce services or customers personal insured option.

We offer a complete aftercare service for our pipes, from spare parts to full servicing. Contact us for further information.
